What payment methods are there?
Purchases may be made by using PayPal, or secured credit card checkout. Cash payment (exact change only) will be available for pre-approved local business (Gilbert, AZ) ONLY. There are restrictions for cash payments, wherein a deposit may be required for orders with multiple quantities. Inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to the "Contact Us" tab to submit your inquiry.
Are there bulk discounts available?
We do offer discounts on bulk orders. Our price breaks are at the following quantities: 6, 12, 36, 722, 144, 288, & 576. Please contact us at email@example.com or go to the "Contact Us" tab to get a quote.
How do I know what size to order?
For "Private Orders" please refer to the size chart provided for the specific brand of garment.
For our "Signature Designs", we often use NEXT LEVEL APPAREL, which is a young adult line of clothing. Expect items to run small since they are junior and young men's sizes.
How do I care for my garment?
Wash garments inside out, with like colors. For jerseys, DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER. Dry tumble low. Rhinestone decorated items should be line dried. Iron on reverse side of garment. DO NOT IRON directly on the garment.
How long will it take for my item to be made and shipped?
"Custom Templates"- We generally print and ship within 7-10 business days for all custom items.
"Signature Designs" - We generally print and ship within 5-7 business days.
"Private Orders"- Please, communicate your organization liaison for dates and times the sale window is open. Once the sale has ended, all items will be printed at one time. Please, allow for 7-10 business days for production. *VAREP excluded from group printing.
What shipping method will be used?
All packages will be sent via USPS. Customers will receive an email notification letting you know it shipped. Please, allow for 2-5 business days for delivery. If your package is lost, store credit will be issued to you after 10 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited.
Will IdentiTEES Unlimited accept returns?
Returns- "Signature Designs"
We accept returns on the "Signature Design" garments only. Please, follow the steps to return your garment for store credit or an exchange.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to receive store credit or exchange an item. Please, provide your contact information and explain what issue you had with the item. We will reply with verification of acceptance and provide our mailing address.
2. We must receive the item, unused and in original packaging, within 7 days to receive store credit or get an exchange.
3. Store credits will be issued only once the item/s are received by us
Returns- "Custom Templates"
We do not accept returns on these products since they are made to order. Please, refer to the size charts to insure you order the correct size. These orders are made individually to your specifications and for this reason we will not issue a refund on custom orders, unless there is an error on our behalf, of course. Items made off "Custom Templates" that have name and number customization will not be printed without approval of a proof. We do our best to get it right the first time!
