All packages will be sent via USPS. Customers will receive an email notification letting you know it shipped. Please, allow for 2-5 business days for delivery. If your package is lost, store credit will be issued to you after 10 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited.
Returns- "Signature Designs"
We accept returns on the "Signature Design" garments only. Please, follow the steps to return your garment for store credit or an exchange.
1. Email email@example.com with your request to receive store credit or exchange an item. Please, provide your contact information and explain what issue you had with the item. We will reply with verification of acceptance and provide our mailing address.
2. We must receive the item, unused and in original packaging, within 7 days to receive store credit or get an exchange.
3. Store credits will be issued only once the item/s are received by us.
Returns- "Custom Templates" and "Private Orders"
We do not accept returns on these products since they are made to order. Please, refer to the size charts to insure you order the correct size. These orders are made individually to your specifications and for this reason we will not issue a refund on custom orders, unless there is an error on our behalf, of course. Items made off "Custom Templates" that have name and number customization will not be printed without approval of a proof. We do our best to get it right the first time!
